Well since the last journal I have lost 10-15 pounds and I feel a lot better..I look better and my clothes fit better...I will never again let a stupid guy get close enough that he can hurt ne like that again... But he did affect me in a good way...I am losing this weight because of what he said...I am one of the nicest people and best girlfriends anyone could ask for...but they keep dumping me because I am overweight...now they will have no excuse... I already know I am beautiful and i am sweet ...and now I am working on the being overweight part...]
... I now go to Kelly's Health Club everyday and I eat better...and I just feel better all around...so thank you for being a complete and total asshole...otherwise I would not be the way I an today!!!
